DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON KALAIA LABEL IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Yes. This is so that we can securely manage your shipping and billing information and remember them for future use. Having an account also allows you to easily track your order status.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?  

We accept payments through PayPal, VISA and MasterCard. Please ensure that your credit cards are valid before proceeding to make any payments.

All product prices, and payments on this site are by default in US Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant. If you are paying in another currency other than US Dollar, you are subjected to exchange rate changes that will not be borne by us.  


WHAT DELIVERY METHODS CAN I OPT FOR?

All KALAIA parcels are delivered by our trusted courier service providers by express courier delivery service to your doorstep. This ensures the safety and timeliness of your parcels reaching you in great condition.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

We always encourage you to double check your cart before placing and paying for your order. However there might be times when you change your mind about an item or have filled in an incorrect order detail.

We allow an order cancellation within an hour after it has been placed on our website. To cancel your order, please write to sales@kalaialabel.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to remove from your order.

Please note that we will not be able to cancel your order after your order has been placed for more than an hour.

 

CAN I RETURN AND REFUND MY GOODS?

We want you to be happy with shopping at KALAIA Label, so we allow most items to be returned. However do read our Return & Refund Policy guide for more details.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order through your KALAIA account, or through the checking number sent to you via our automated email notifications.

 

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

We would love to surprise a loved one for you! Simply email your request to customercare@kalaialabel.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
